Asus shows-off Transformer Prime; Kal-El inside

At the AsiaD Conference in Hong Kong yesterday, Asus CEO Jonney Shih teased the Transformer successor – the Transformer Prime. The tablet running on NVIDIA’s Kal-El quad(+1) core SoC will be announced on November 9th.

The tablet powerhouse is only 8.3mm thick and possibly be running Ice Cream Sandwich. With the power of Kal-El ( sounds similar t0 Al-Queda? ) inside, it will take Android gaming and user experience to new heights. The tablet also features USB ports, a mini-HDMI port and a SD card reader. It is rumored to run continuously for 14 hours on a single charge.  This new layer in the tablet market is sure going to make some heads turn. Don’t forget to check the teaser below.
