Folks In Australia – Telstra Offering The Galaxy Nexus, Plans Starting At $59

In more embarrassment for Verizon (who touted exclusivity, and kept postponing the launch), Telstra, the Australian carrier, is now taking orders for the Samsung Galaxy Nexus.
The cheapest plan you can have is $59/m (AUD), plus $10/m handset payment. Other plans are there as well, which include the handset payment.
The Galaxy Nexus comes with a huge 4.65″ Super AMOLED display of HD resolution, Ice Cream Sandwich, a 5 MP camera on the back, 1.3 MP snapper on the front and a 1.2 GHz dual core processor under the hood. Still relevant.
If you order the latest Nexus before Dec. 16, you’ll be able to have your hands on the device on Christmas.

Thanks for the tip, Sharath!
