Remember we reported yesterday that Fujitsu was all set to launch some high spec Android smartphones? Today they showed off a prototype, and it’s got the specs and pizzaz. The device was kept inside a perspex, understandably because the company wouldn’t want some one to get away with it and then pass on judgement. It’s a prototype after all, so it may be lacking in quite a few areas. Bugs and all.
For starters, the Arrows comes with a 4.6″ HD resolution display, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich out of the box, and brings Quad Core stuff to smartphones.
Here’s a quick list of the known specs –
- Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich
- 4.6″ HD resolution display
- NVIDIA Tegra 3 Quad Core processor (clock speed not known)
- 13.1 MP camera
- LTE support
Note that the company may change the specs later.
Now, all these specs look splendid on paper, and in theory, the Arrows should be one of the top dogs, this year. In real life, though, it remains to be seen how it all pans out. I’ll certainly be on the lookout for this one.
