Android 4.0 ICS Update Now Rolling Out For The HTC Evo 3D In India
HTC is rolling out the much awaited Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update to the Evo 3D. They just tweeted that the update is out, and should be available for your device. If you don’t see the update, check manually by going in to the Settings – System – Check for Updates.
The Evo 3D was launched back in 2011, in India, but if you happen to own an HTC Android smartphone which is mentioned below (they released the list last month), you should check for updates now, because it brings Sense 3.6 and Ice Cream Sandwich, and an even more customisable launcher. Check the list below -
- DROID Incredible 2 by HTC: To be determined (by the end of August)
- HTC Amaze 4G: May-June
- HTC Desire S: June-July
- HTC Desire HD: July-August
- HTC EVO 3D: June-July
- HTC EVO 4G+: May-June
- HTC EVO Design 4G: June-July

- HTC Sensation: March-June
- HTC Sensation 4G: March-June
- HTC Sensation XE: March-June
- HTC Sensation XL: April-Jun

If there’s no update available, don’t worry, it’ll be out soon. They released ICS for the Sensation XL last week, so it’s a triggered schedule.
