LG Optimus L3 Dual Now Available In India, For Rs. 8300 – Gingerbread, Dual SIM

Been a long time since I posted anything on here, but I was a bit pre-occupied with some personal work, and studies. But I guess I’m back now, and regular news bits will follow soon.

LG Optimus L3 Dual

LG had announced its low end, dual SIM Android phone back in June, and it’s now listed on Flipkart (call it the Indian Amazon) for Rs. 8,299. That’s quite okay, considering it’s a dual SIM device. But the specs are quite poor, which I’m listing below -

  • Android 2.3 Gingerbread (and won’t see ICS, in all probability)
  • 3.2″ TFT LCD display, 320×240 pixels resolution
  • 800 MHz Cortex A5 processor, Adreno 200 GPU
  • 3.2 MP camera, auto-focus, no flash, video recording at 24 FPS; no front facing camera
  • 384 MB RAM, 1 GB internal memory, expandable up to 32 GB using a microSD card
  • Bluetooth, Wi-Fi b/g/n, GPS
  • 1540 mAh battery
  • Dual SIM

So you see, nothing to write home about. The display, in particular, is quite poor. But well, you get what you pay for, eh?
