Alright, this just sprang a surprise. Chinese company Meizu maybe releasing the Meizu MX, succeeding the Meizu M9, unveiled in January this year. No big surprises about the design though – it looks like a copy of the Apple iPhone. But just the prospect that it’ll be running on Gingerbread maybe enough for you to go and check it out once, at least.
The MX is rumoured to be featuring a 4″ 640×940 resolution capacitive touchscreen, 16 GB storage with microSD support , Gingerbread 2.3 or later when it ships, 1 GB RAM, some Cortex A9 goodness along with HSPA+ support. It is supposedly going to cost around $550, which is not really a very high price. What do you think?
