Meizu Upgrades MX’s Processor To Quad Core – 4″ Display, Android 4.0, Starting $480
Remember Meizu MX? Not many do. I didn’t remember it as well.. But the Chinese company has blogged that the processor of the phone has been upgraded from a dual core to a quad core, featuring Exynos.
Meizu has named it MX Quadcore, which is quite understandable. The company has also beefed up the battery, up to 1700 mAh (still, meh). Colorful back covers have been also added to the mix, and the device will cost around $480 and $635 for the 32 GB and 64 GB version, respectively.
Compared to the original MX, the MX Quadcore’s GPU is 50% faster, CPU 60% faster.
