ZTE Announces Two Android 4.0 Phones – PF200 And N910

ZTE seems to be so excited about its Android smartphones running ICS, that it couldn’t wait for the MWC to commence. The Chinese company which is known for its low cost smartphones running Android, has announced two new ICS-running phones (something that the white-paper OEMs should be ashamed of not doing even till now) – the PF200 and N910.

ZTE PF200 ICS phone

The PF200 is the high-end model, and its specs are –

  • Android 4.0 ICS
  • 4.3″ display of 960×540 resolution
  • 1.2 GHz Dual Core processor
  • 8 MP main camera, front facing camera capable of 1080p recording
  • DLNA, NFC (nice!) and LTE connectivity thrown in, apart from normal connectivity options like Bluetooth and Wi-Fi; GPS

Not ‘very’ high end, as you and I have started expecting from smartphones these days. But still, very good. The amount of power this device packs in is quite a lot. Any more, and it’s merely a waste, at this stage.

Moving on to the N910, this device semms to be somewhere between the lower mid-range to higher low-end. Sorry, with the wide ranging gazillions of Androids out there, I don’t think the usual low, mid and high end categories would suffice.

Here are the specs, in brief –

  • 1.5 GHz Single Core processor
  • 5 MP main camera, front¬†facing camera capable of 1080p recording
  • DLNA, LTE, GPS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth

ZTE hasn’t announced the prices yet, but we’ll update when they do.
