In a not-so-surprising move today, both Nokia and Apple have decided to end their patent disputes for an agreed period. In the agreement so made, Apple will be paying Nokia an undisclosed amount as a one-time payment and on-going royalties to be paid by the licensee (i.e., Apple) for the term of the agreement.
