Pocketnow has got hold of the first press shots of the HTC Ruby, which could be the Amaze 4G from T-Mobile.
The Ruby is supposed to come with a 1.5 GHz dual core processor, 1 GB RAM and Android (and on Gingerbread, safe to assume). Looks good, but HTC devices generally look good. Also, it seems the name Ruby will be snapped in favor of Amaze, for the rest of the world (i.e., outside US, it could go with the name Amaze), which should hopefully clear some confusion that these ‘differently named, but the same devices with a few changes’ create. Specially, for me. Nice.
There you see a 4.3″ display, which is reportedly of qHD resolution, with an 8 MP snapper on the back. Also present is NFC.
More details soon, stay hooked!
