Leaked: LG’s Upcoming Range Of Smartphones For The Year 2011

In a massive leak, Pocketnow has reported that LG has 7 new smartphones planned for the year 2011. These include both Windows Phones and Androids. Lets start eh?

LG Prada K2

What is being tipped by Pocketnow as the second-half flagship from LG, this device will reportedly come with Android 2.3 Gingerbread on board, a 4.3″ NOVA LCD and 8 MP main camera, along with a 1.3 MP on the front.

LG Univa

LG Univa

A budget-oriented device, the Univa may go on to fill the shoes of the massively successful Optimus One. There’s an 800 MHz processor under the hood, with a 3.5″ HVGA resolution screen slapped on the front. It will also have a 5 MP camera, and may ship in the fourth quarter with Gingerbread.

LG Fantasy

This one’s a Windows Phone Mango in the making, reports suggest. That is as much as is known at the moment, though. But if the image above is anything to go by, it seems to be a high end device. Here’s hoping it turns out to be so.

Victor

LG Victor

This one’s another mid-range Gingerbread running device in the making, what with rumors suggesting a 1 GHz processor, 3.8″ OLED display, a VGA front camera and a 5 MP main camera.

LG Gelato NFC

As the name suggests, LG will ship this device with NFC capabilities. It will more or less be a variant of the Optimus Net, sharing most of the specs like the 800 MHz processor, the 3.2″ display and the 3 MP camera. Good to see NFC is what seems to be a mid to low end device.

LG E2

LG E2

Probably an entry level device, the E2 seems to be coming with a 2.8″ touchscreen, a 500-600 MHz processor, probably a 3 MP camera and the likes. Gingerbread out of the box will be a positive.

LG K

As long as the codename is, little is known about this device. There’s no image leaked yet, as well, although sources say it will be the first device to come with a true 720p display. That on a 4.5″ display. I can only wonder what it’d be like to look at it.
