LG Optimus Pro And Optimus Net Go Official, Silently

I never will be able to realize what’s with these silent launches, but here are two devices launched by LG – the Optimus Net and Optimus Pro.

Expanding the Optimus lineup of Android devices, LG is aiming to target the budget segments, what with the Optimus Pro priced at €180 and Optimus Net at €200.

Optimus Pro

Starting with the Optimus Net, the device is a full touchscreen one, unlike the Optimus Pro. It comes with a 3.2″ HVGA touchscreen, an 800 MHz processor with 512 MB RAM, comes with Android 2.3.3 Gingerbread out of the box, which is a big plus. There’s a 3 MP Auto Focus camera as well. Add Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth in the mix too, and you get a fully value for money device.

Optimus Net

Coming to the Optimus Pro, as the name suggests, is a Candybar Qwerty device with a 2.8″ touchscreen. Like it’s ‘full touchscreen’ brother, the Optimus Pro has an 800 MHz processor under the hood, runs Android 2.3.3 Gingerbread. Other specs remain the same, except for RAM, viz., 256 MB here.
