Nokia And T-Mobile Bring The Lumia 710 To The US, Priced At Just $49

Nokia Lumia 710 T-Mobile

Nokia and T-Mobile have brought the Finnish giant’s Lumia 710 into the States. Finally. If you’d remember, we’d first reported that the Lumia 710 was headed to the US. The Finns denied, however.

The Lumia 710 comes with a 3.7″ CBD of 800x400p resolution, Windows Phone 7.5 Mango, a 1.4 GHz processor and a 5 MP camera. T-Mobile is all set to start the sales from January 11, next year, pricing it at a paltry amount of $49, with a two-year contract.

Both Nokia and T-Mobile believe that many people don’t go for a smartphone because of the price, and hence, the Lumia 710 will serve as a great my-first-smartphone sort of a thing. And the number of people who think so are a lot. I think this device will be a hit. But, it remains to be seen how this all pans out. If it succeeds, Nokia will be off to a dream start in the US, again.

Will you be buying one?
