Samsung shows off a prototype phone at CES press conference, might be the Galaxy S3

In a press conference at CES 2012,  Tim Baxter, President of the Consumer Electronics Division (CED) for Samsung Electronics America gave a glimpse of a prototype device which might be the Galaxy S3. He was demonstrating the remote viewfinder app on the new Samsung cameras.

The phone looks very different from the Galaxy S2. It seems to be thinner with minimal bezel on side. There is a home button too. It appears more like the galaxy Note. However the front facing camera is located to the left of ear-piece (like the Galaxy S2) while it is on the right side in Galaxy Note.

On a side note, the phone is NOT a replica of iPhone 4S and is more inspired from the design of Galaxy Note. See the video below
