Nokia Is Mulling Selling Its Headquarters, And Then Renting It Out

Some more news (bad, or not) from Finland – the Finnish giant (or the erstwhile giant?), Nokia, is mulling selling its global headquarters in Espoo, Finland. The said company is still in the process of evaluating if it’d be helpful in reducing the operating costs or not, so there’s no final decision just yet.

What is known, though, is that if at all Nokia sells the headquarters, it will be renting it out, so in effect, the building will remain as Nokia HQ, just that it won’t be owned by the company. The article does make it clear that Nokia won’t be moving out of the HQ, or Finland, to some place elsewhere.
