Samsung India today launched two new Android smartphones, adding them to the Galaxy line. Both come with dual-SIM dual-Standby support, and if you use two phones, you could look into these. One thing to note though – they both support GSM+GSM, so if you have a CDMA connection, you might want to be careful.
