Microsoft is going to support 1080p, aka Full HD resolution and it’s going to bring this to Windows Phone 8 via an update in the Holiday season, called GDR3. Currently, we’re all on GDR1. GDR2, which is going to come some time in May-June, is going to bring a couple of new features…
HTC has finally announced that it will be launching its latest flagship in India, the One. And they’re pricing it better this time, compared to the Butterfly, which carried a price tag of Rs. 46,000 at launch
The One comes with a 4.7″ full HD display and a 1.7…
So you’ve always lusted after HTC’s Android phones and wanted stock Android with it? Sure, you could root the hell out of any phone and flash an AOSP ROM, but there’s nothing like a phone running stock Android out of the box. HTC hasn’t made a stock Android-running device since the T-Mobile G2, but it looks like we have another, non-Nexus, pure stock Android running HTC phone, after all.
Finally. The Facebook Phone rumours can now be shuttered. The first ever, official Facebook phone is made by HTC, and it’s called the First, as if to signify it even more.
The HTC First comes…
No April Fool’s joke, this.
I’ve long been a fan of Android Police’s APK Teardowns. I’ve learned a lot, most of it being how to interpret a wall of code. I still haven’t got around to doing it myself, but they’re back with another teardown. Only this time, it’s not a Google app – it’s the much talked about Facebook phone.
HTC has finally spoken up about the availability of its spanking new flagship, the One. Announced back in February, the device is still not available in most of the markets, but HTC has today announced that…
A slump in sales last year has impacted HTC badly, and although they finally seem to have a competitive device and situations this time around, they don’t seem to catch a break, it seems.

So my friend @nilayshah80 just notified that there is an update rolling out for the HTC Windows Phone 8X. I checked on my end, and sure enough, there is an update rolling out. At the moment, I’m still downloading it, but I’ll update this post once it completes. Screenshots above for your perusal.
Looks like it’s a minor…
HTC’s latest flagship “One” aks M7 has 4MP ultrapixel camera. HTC aims to end the megapixel race by providing consumers with better image quality rather than just numbers. Looking at Android smartphone cameras, there has been very little improvement in image quality. Phones are getting anorexic and engineers are forced to pack more megapixels while sensor size continue to…
HTC just announced their latest and much anticipated flagship – HTC One at an event held at London and New York simultaneously. Previously leaked as the “M7″ this smartphone has already attracted a lot of attention , mainly because of its rumored Ultrapixel camera. The device packs some killer specs making it one of the best devices at least on paper.
HTC’s event is about to start in less than two hours now, and what probably seem like the first press images have made their way onto the internet. It’s still going to be branded as HTC One, but what exactly, we do not know yet. But this is the real deal.
It will run Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean, and…
After days (and weeks) of teasing, HTC is all set to launch its latest flagship today. Just hours before the announcement, the Taiwanese manufacturer posted a photo on Facebook, showing nothing but a tiny part of the side of the device, wrapped under a cloth.
The device will be branded under the One sub-brand, and will, obviously, run Android. Coming…
