Soundtracker Gets Updated, Progressive Download Thrown In

The geo-social Radio app, Soundtracker, has been updated to v1.4 over at Nokia Betalabs. The app was previously called Soundtrckr, and it did seem weird. No more. It has been renamed to Soundtracker now.
