If You Live In Canada And Want The Nokia Lumia 900, Rogers Will Take Pre-orders Starting Next Week
Back at CES 2012, Nokia announced the Lumia 900 – a Lumia 800 with a 4.3″ display and a front facing camera. Everyone jumped in joy at Nokia, for managing to churn out good phones like the Lumia 800 and 900 so fast, after the shift to Windows Phone happened less than 10 months back, at the time. And if that got you excited, and you want a Lumia 900 now, Rogers has announced that its Canadian customers can pre-order it starting next week.
Here’s a quick look at the specs -
- Windows Phone 7.5 Mango
- 4.3″ AMOLED CBD display, WVGA resolution
- 1.4 GHz processor
- 8 MP Carl Zeiss camera, dual LED flash, HD (720p) video recording; front facing 1 MP camera for video calling
- 512 MB RAM, 16 GB internal memory, not expandable
- Wi-Fi b/g/n, 4G LTE support, Bluetooth, GPS, Gyroscope
- 1840 mAh battery, non user-removable
Although we don’t have any AT&T launch details, we did hear at the launch that it will be an AT&T exclusive, first. Now if Rogers Canada is taking pre-orders next week, the above statement is meaningless. Not sure, but I’m guessing the Lumia 900 will launch at AT&T anytime now. Or maybe they were only talking about the US carriers? We’ll find out.
